Furthermore, his right to expound fully on his favorite topic has not been
curtailed.  He can pop up in my or yours or anyone's in-box at any time.  In
practical terms, all that happened is that Horse has prevented more of Bo's
SOL from appearing in future archives.

I see a parallel here with Phaedrus's explanation of what "accreditation"
meant to his student that wanted to post the National Guard to keep it from
being lost. The paper that led to the whole Church of Reason thesis.

There is here, there, lots of places, an official recognition that people
seem to need to structure their participation.  A way of orienting
themselves.  But do they really?  Stanford seems to do fine, without
accreditation.

I wish Bodvar well.  I like him and hope he returns some day with a fresh
perspective and presentation.  If he so chooses, I'm sure Horse would not
object.
