Just as a reminder to you and anyone else who might care. I have tried to
stick to my side of the agreement. I have posted at host of points relevant
to the flesh, blood and straw arguments you have raised. You have addressed
none of them. 

I suspect that anyone who has bothered to follow this crap might disagree
with what I have said and I invite them as Adrie has done to say so. But I
don't believe it is fair to characterize what I have said as shallow or
narrow. In fact if you think they are you have an open invitation to address
them. But you haven't and I suspect you don't have the stones to do so.
Instead you rely on your usual evasions. 

Philosophy, as a field, is something I left in my 20s and you have taken up
in your 40s. I might agree that I enriched the field through my departure
but you surely have impoverished it with your arrival. I used to take you
and your criticisms seriously. You often challenged me to do further
research and to think harder and for that I thank you. But for the past
several years it's just been a cycle of sarcasm, repetition, evasion and
bumper sticker philosophy. 

These days pretty much everything you say can be easily dismissed with a
quick trip to the archives. They are full of questions you couldn't answer
and issues you refused to touch; all peppered with the snarky crap you whine
about when it's aimed at you. It wouldn't be so bad except that as I pointed
out earlier and you have so thoughtfully demonstrated here, you just aren't
very good at even that. Your feigned self smugness is utterly transparent.

At least Donny had the sense to shut up.
