Hi JA,
Your three types works for me up to a point, except the event part. It
would seem to define Quality by its result. For me, Quality comes in before
the result. Perhaps you are using the mechanic as the quality event, I get
this, as an analogy. I like the analogy of tool type and amount. I will
dwell on the tool type. What other tools are there besides SOM, to view or
describe Quality? Or, can SOM even be considered as a tool? dmb likens it
more to a screw, which may be correct; I requested info from him. No....
don't go there, I meant a screw used to hold things together.
Can't be happy yet, gotta go out and find it somewhere. OK, time to hit the
road!
