Scandanavia? no.  I wonder what to make of your guess...  Technically,
I'm from Cali too - but I've not been in Cali for a while.  Have you
ever surfed?  There is a wave named 'Rincon' that is down your way, I
always wanted to see it: supposed to be pretty special.
