Hi Mark and Marsha

It was very long since I studied Einstein and Planck but I've always had 
the feeling that they were talking across each other.
E about the room, massa and energy "in rest" and P about the same in 
movement.
Michael Porter teached me how to make money of it.
Frank Zappa showed me how to laugh at it.
