It would seem to me that the problem arises out of trying to ascribe
some ultimate truth to things.  This is where the circular regression
comes in.  Reification is reification, we can even consider it a
rhetorical tool.  Rhetoric is a form of music, reification is like
those bars (or measures) that are placed on the music sheet to form a
completion.  It is like a stanza in poetry.  If we look for truth, we
will never find it, we can only create it.  Language exists as a
self-referencing tool.  It creates understanding and meaning.  What
could be more important than that?

Denigration comes in when we think we are proposing a truth and it can
be shown that it is nothing more than a puddle.
