Dan:
The Grandmaster told us that Kung Fu was originally called Chuan Fa,
translated literally as Fist Way. Also, he said that although Kung Fu
flourished under the Shaolin's, it did not originate there, but rather
from many different areas of ancient China. That is why there are so
many varying styles today.
