Take? If you want words I can recommend a good book?
You want better than my words watch a set explanations and instructions
from a master meditation teacher. I have never claimed such a distinction.
i do practice mindfulness throughout the day and I meditate. If you would
like to know what that experience is like learn it for yourself. Or don't. But
I have no words to describe a process that is not outside linguistic process.
It needs to be directly experienced to understand it.
