Hi all,
In the famous Christmas special, Charlie Brown wanted to know what
Christmas is _really_ about. I don't think Linus got it right at all.
The True Meaning of Christmas is simply this: wrapping paper, kissing
under the misteltoe, wreaths, Santa Claus, egg nog, the Rockettes,
candles, reindeer, crowded shopping malls, strings of lights,
nutcrackers, ugly sewaters, poinsettias, Rudolph, parties, toys,
ginger bread houses, Scrooge, tinsel, exchanging cards and gifts,
figgy pudding, carolling, complaining about comercialization, red and
green, hoping for snow, ribbons and bows, The Grinch, holly, cookies,
children, "It's a Wonderful Life," sleigh bells, decorating the tree,
fruitcake, hanging stockings, candy canes, "You'll shoot your eye
out," and...oh, yeah...Christians celebrate the birth of Jesus on that
day as well.
Did I miss any thing?
Best,
Steve
