That is the situation in a nutshell for me, and in fact I'm glad to
hear that from the less vocal / more thoughtful contributors like
yourselves. I love Bo, and I really wish he would just notice how much
quality human resource is spent trying to help him - and as Horse
says, to protect new-comers from him - and in doing so is diverted
from more productive pursuits.

Definitional Death of Quality.
