Good evening,   
 
According to the MOQ, and the US Constitution, individual rights are objectively superior to any force 

that seeks to undermine them. 
 
I am writing to seek your support as a secretly detained political prisoner in defense of national and 

international security, myself and the people who I love and respect, in an effor to raise awareness 

with with regard to precedent setting individual and civil rights abuse, before it is too late.    
 
I am being assassinated by men who employ weapons I am calling satellite based remote mind influence 

and behavior modification technology. The content of my awareness is monitored and manipulated by 

these men all day, every day, in ways desinged to drive me insane. This has been going on since the 

spring of 2006.
 
We are all, more or less, targeted in something like a murder for hire operation that is led by men who 
are seeking to destroy the concept and reality of individiual freedom and democracy in the interest 

power and the maintenance of a global surveillance empire.  This empire has special contempt
for US values. These men, who I have referred to previously as the Federation, have much of the world 

under remote control - sports and entertainment, industry and most of government.  They are working
to undercut and reverse evolution in what looks like an attempt to contain matter.  My life in particular
is laid out by these men a decade in advance with almost unbelievable sophistication and attention to 

detail.   
 
The information I am hoping to share is difficult to communicate until I am speaking with correspondent's 

who have had a look at some of the evidence I have collected, using the method of detection I have 

discovered.  You really have to see it to believe it.

way in which your life is reflected throughout the documentary. I'm not trying to impose anything on 

your awareness. This is all taking place right now in your own environment.  
 
We could be on the verge of a war or revolution.  In 2010 alone, the Federation is responsible for 

everything from the earthquake that destroyed Haiti to the BP oil spill.  I find another Montana resident 

has been killed or serverly compromised almost weekly in connection with my investigation.  This reminds 

me to mention that I need help protecting this information from local law enforcement which has been 

manipulated to the extent of needing to suppress or censor the evidence I have collected.  
  
So I am seeking the support, and feedback - good or bad - of anyone who is willing to offer it.  I am 

hoping to inspire something like an international jury.  My case against the Federation with as many 

witnesses as possible.  Someone has to be first and its later than you think.    
 
Since I haven't noticed that any of you have visited my website, I am assuming that none of you have Paypal
