[MD] Side Step

Hi X Acto and John,

I'm encouraged to see ego entering the conversation as it relates to SOM. I
see it as a big part of the equation. It is something we all have to look
in the face as part of our long individual journeys to escape the SOM
worldview.

It is the most human of characteristics.

We are, each of us, just one small ego speaking to others identical.

Best,
Mary
