[MD] Valuing Bodvar's SIM (BSIM)

Bo, I am not even a little bit prepared to talk about the guts of your
interpretation or any opposing view. Thus I can't enter that thread.
But the pragmatist in me still wants to know what you can do with BSIM
that you can't do without it. Independent of its truth to you, what
makes it good? I hope you can expound on the moral value of your
interpretation in practical terms.
