[MD] The morality of trolling a list

There is no doubt Andy that trolls have their "dynamic value", but
that is not a license that says they are therefore untouchable when it
come to moderation.

All things in moderation, including moderation (and trolling).

This list even has the odd excluded troll that does occasionally piss
in from the outside ... all part of the rich pageant.

(PS I've inhabited many a list, even moderated a couple in my time.
Flame wars ain't what they used to be.)

(PS - in the current situation Bo is not a troll, lest anyone be confused.)
