and his reasons why.He states socialisms only fault is that it
tries to plan a dynamic function. He states the only redeemable
quality of capitolism is the allowance for dynamic function within
it's econimic system.

That "only fault" makes all the difference between the two systems, doesn't it?
The "dynamic function" is the "redeemable quality" what makes capitalism
superior.
