Agree, I believe mixed economies reflect the present
situation a bit better so an arguement between capitalism
and socialism is a non-issue.

By this understanding, if capitalism evolves to the point of static
dominance with huge corporations dominating the thoughts and culture of the
whole populace with its  mass-media-programming, then dynamic function has
been eliminated and we need something new, different than capitalism,
socialism, or any of their precursors that lead to those two alternatives.
