Dang, dave. I was shooting for "good".
At least I didn't get an F.

Those problems are real, and would be cleared up with a regulated system of
allowance and control.
But in the southwestern states, there's this growing cancer of drug gangs
taking over the government (on the Mexican side) and the populace and
prisons (on the Norte side) This cancer needs treatment or it will just
keep growing.

It depends on who's doing the discussing, but I agree I've witnessed a lot
of denigration and anger at Mexican Immigrants that was way overboard and
inappropriate. Evil? yeah. I'd say the level of prejudice and rancor I've
experienced towards those who are basically, native americans, is just as
evil today as the days when "nits make lice" was voiced and acted on by
United States Cavalrymen.
But then, I'm not only rootin' for Moby Dick, but I'm cheering on the
indians at Little Big Horn too.
My proposal is designed to increase cross-border commerce and interchange,
while eliminating the chaotic and destructive aspects. Along the lines of
the EU, but without the common currency.
Thanks for the just consideration, dave,
John
