Arlo says Pirsig could change his mind except about one of his opinions.
Duh.

All the rest is just the usual insults, name calling, bombast and pomposity
with lot of armchair psychology
thrown in to question motives which only exist in a distempered imagination.
As usual, there's no mention
of other supporters of Bo's position. The fear he's right is palpable.

Ron:
Right about what? his own opinion, the affirmation of your own?
How can one be right about an interpretation?

Clarity and consistancy, economy of explanation, those are
examples of how one might hold a more accurate interpretation.

More accurate mind you.

If all you have is interpretation as the base of your arguement
then one interpretation is just as good as any other.

The question is, what makes one better than the other?
