[MD] Time to Delete

I agree in theory Craig, but reality is no-one has used the wiki. (I
made a few page edits / additions after it was created, but it has sat
domant for years since.)

See my comment thought ... in my real experiences collaborative wiki's
don't actually work unless there is strong agreement to start with.
(Just look at Wikipedia.) Pretty strong management is needed, and such
a concept is anathema to most MOQists.
