Thank you for sharing your thoughts gav. I find most of your posts
challenging and inspiring. They leave me in contemplation most of the
time and a felt comment or response seems to detract from what you
say. That is why I have not responded ...don't see it as a sign of
disinterest or non caring on my part.

What I have been meaning to ask you concerns Miller. Can you recommend
some things? Is any available on the web? I am starved of good books
where I am at present.
