"Public" does not necessarily mean Q-social value. The intellect-
steeped West and the Orient that has surpassed intellect but still has it
as part of their make-up both regard public display of emotions (the
social expression par exellance) as inappropriate, while the social-
steeped Muslim culture makes burial ceremonies (for instance) a great
show of wailing, ashes-in-hair, hands to heaven, firing of guns in the
air ...etc.. Likewise is burning of effigies and flags a great outlet of rage
if someone has offended Mohammed, this because the social level is
their focus while they regard intellectual value as something that must
be prevented from invading their world.
Organic or biological patterns aren't regarded as "inappropriate" or
offensive. If a person for example gets sick and vomits in the public it's
regarded with sympathy, everyone knows that it was involuntarily, that
goes for more examples of bodily needs and musts. Drop this silly
emotions as biology it's still-born.
To prevent you from zooming in on every small point. The main social-
over-biology struggle that took place as the 3rd. level started to spread
ages ago was of course not about "house training" people, this
biological shamelessness is something very far down in that realm, nor
was it of promoting emotions, rather emotions were what created the
social coherence.
