No, without the question mark, is the correct answer. Your ongoing refusal
to acknowledge that "intellect" and "intellectual" are two distinct words
with distinct meanings is the source of your ongoing (purposefull?)
confusion. Since I've pointed that out many times before it is unlikely that
you are going to suddenly become "enlightened" without a heavy dosage of
peyote. But alas, hot dry deserts and cacti are not big in Norway so it
looks like you will have to go the staring at the wall letting the
cigarettes burn down to your fingers route. May want to roll your own with
some of that wacky weed.
