Let X be any assertion. I don't see any difference between "Ian says
that X is true" and "Ian says he believes that X." In other words,
when you say you believe something it goes without saying that you
believe it is true. I have no idea where your with/without Quality
comes into play here.

Steve:
To be clear, that "quote" was adapted from remarks he gave in LC about
defining intellect. It was my imagined response from RMP.

Steve:
If you aren't hearing it from DMB, then you just haven't been
listening. Based on what you have said in your previous post, you and
DMB strongly disagree about truth. For example, if you think that
quote I made up could conceivably have come from RMP, then you and DMB
have a lot to talk about.
