[MD] Push to defund NPR fails

Hi Marsha,

NPR is kind of like Newsweek.  I guess we still have buy Newsweek whether we
like it or not.  If you like it, why don't you just go out and buy it
without asking me to help you buy it?  I am not that rich.  I don't like
being forced to buy things I don't like.  But I guess I have no say in how I
use my money.  I gave that up by being in this country.
