Hi dmb,
I have no problem with theism, I do not like religion.  I have no problem
with you believing in Quality, I do have a problem with you trying to define
it and saying it has to be that way. I think Campbell had it right, I don't
think you do yet, (or Pirsig either for that matter)

Nobody should be a leader, nobody should be a follower.

Clear?

How can MOQ be the servant of theism?  That statement does not even make
sense.  Are you saying that somebody believing theistically shouldn't make
MOQ subordinate in his head?  How would you stop that?  If you try to
enforce that, you are making MOQ into a religion.  Not a good idea, it
sounds evil to me.  These beliefs do not contradict each other.
