 Mediation as "the middle", like the median strip in the road, like
"the middle way" which is what Buddhism is.

It is the power of intrepreting the contradictions inherent in the
conceptualization of self, which lead to the realization of a higher
reality.

Mediation as meditation.  It's not bypassing the problem. It's
embracing it.  (that's not a bug, it's a feature.)
