I'm a plumber, Marsha, across the continent and only now getting my
messages, well, I hope you found somebody closer and quicker.

And I feel for you.  I hate it when the gate valves don't shut all the way
anymore and you have no shut-off.  Especially when soldering copper, this
can be a real problem.
