mistrail before the trail shapes itself, he is taking the position that

Yes, it has turned into a farce Adrie, I agree, especially since the public
prosecution (OM) did not want to prosecute but have been ordered to do so by a
'higher' judicial authority. Exploration of the moral issues regarding the uses
or abuses of this hard fought for intellectual pattern would have been very interesting.

Alas, the OM wet their pants just thinking about it.

And Wilders, fighting his right of freedom of speech chuckles in his fist and keeps silent
...as usual.
