Hi Platt,
Now you are speaking blasphemy. Watch out for that bolt of lightening or is
that a tomato being lobbed by Arne. I have submitted grant applications to
the DOEdu to improve education for disable kids, but never got funded. I
don't know what they spend their money on. I like Jimmy Carter's department
of energy. It was set up to achieve energy independence. For all I know
they are using their money to fund Brazilian oil research and development.
There seem to be almost 2,000 people employed. Besides making H bombs,
maybe those guys should be out looking for oil (black gold, Texas Tea, Jed),
or at the very least going down into coal mines (heh, heh). I wonder how
much energy it takes to run that department?
But this is not a political forum, unless of course we are analyzing how
Quality takes a meandering path, often derailed by those who need to be
leaders, and by those who need to create them. Prohibit leadership and
followers is what I proclaim from my high vantage point over those masses!
Silly humans...
Cheers,
Mark
