[Mark]
I guess we have a difference of interpretation, not a problem.

[Arlo]
Perhaps. But I would really like to know how you can "interpret" a law that
prevents ME from imposing my religion onto YOU as being "coercive".

Anyone can pray in school today at any time. No one is stopping anyone from
praying (if this is your issue). What IS being stopped is your ability to force
your religious prayer onto my kids. And that is GOOD for us both, because you
simply can NOT have this one way (like Platt wants). If you open the door to
allow schools to force your religion onto others, it will not be long before
others are forcing their religion onto your kids. Remember that mother? Same
thing.

[Arlo previously]
It's an overused cry at times, to be sure, but it is an issue that needs
resolving; not ignoring and not misusing.

[Mark]
Yes, not misusing

[Arlo]
And not ignoring. Can't break out of the ideological prison, can you?

[Mark]
If this November goes the way some think (and I hope it doesn't), this may be
the beginning of such a revolution. Joining it?

[Arlo]
The Tea Party is not a revolution. It is a return to Victorianism. Yay.

[Mark]
Sqwauk, squauk. There is actually some good left wing talk radio, give it a
try and don't be so condescending until you have tried.

[Arlo]
YOU brought up the issue of "political correctness", I did not use or refer to
this at all. YOU sqwualked the typical talk-radio soundbite about it, I had
mentioned specific examples andn never mentioned "PC" at all. This is just a
strawman. And it doesn't serve you well.

Yes, there are many awful left-wing talking points as well. Condescending?
Maybe you should look in a mirror.

To note, "PC" is an ideological weapon term. As I said to you last time, it was
common when I was growing up to call the mentally handicapped "retards". Why
don't we do that anymore? Oh gee... PC?? Yes. Because of a national movement to
raise awareness to the hurtful and awful practice of ridiculing the mentally
handicapped. Was this bad? Hell no. It was GOOD.

Is it kinda funny that "garbagemen" want to be called "sanitation engineers"?
Sure. Ha ha. We can all laugh. But ask yourself why it is so important for YOU
to call them "garbagemen". Power? Ridicule? And you want me to champion the
lowest common denominator? Forget it.

So let me ask you, since you brought it up, give me some examples of things you
WISH you could say but are prohibited by "PC" from saying. Give me a few, and
we can go from there.... C'mon, man up.

(I think I asked you this last time and you would not answer, so this is a long
shot I am sure).
