Marsha to Adrie: 
Feelings, passion and boredom are a test of quality.  I do not deny that.  The question had to do with the Fourth - Intellectual Level of static patterns of value.  I have already agreed that if you dismiss the evolutionary, hierarchical structure, with its ranked static patterns of value according to function, it is all Quality.  But the issue was the Intellectual Level and I was considering a definition of intellectual static patterns of value based on how they function.
