  Marsha to Andre:

Oh right, Poincare says and the world freezes with his statements. That's as bad as "James and
Pirsig say", "James and Pirsig say", "James and Pirsig say"... Boring... I have the concept of
'intelligence' as separate from intellect/intellectual.

Intelligence: The skillful use of whatever patterns (organic, biological, social& intellectual) a
given situation requires, or possibly to use no patterns if nothing is required.

I find no decisive definition of intellectual static patters of value in this annotation. If you want
to jump to a conclusion by all means do so, but don't expect that I am going to make the same
jump.

I'd say 'intelligence' includes insights, intuitions and expanded consciousness, but again, I have
intelligence defined separately from intellect/intellectual.

Have a nice day.

Andre:
You know, you are really funny. Your responses remind me of something Northrop observed as well.
In America it seems that since individuals count, their ideas count as well, in the sense that they
should all be given equal validity and status, that they are all of high intellectual quality.

Thus Marsha's ideas on the theory of relativity weigh equally as high as those of Einstein.
Marsha's ideas on the MOQ weigh equally as high as those of Mr.Pirsig.
Marsha's ideas on radical empiricism weigh equally as high as those of William James.
Marsha's ideas on mathematics weigh equally as high as those of Poincare.

I know you have a problem with authority mate (and rightly so sometimes), but this is ridiculous.

Dmb was right about you...and me too.

Goodbye Marsha.
