[MD] MOQ and Completeness Theories (Sorry, Godel.)

Hi John, it doesn't "obviate" it, but it does behove us to be clear
(on MD) when we are using "reserved words" in the MoQ in their special
or natural language senses. (We might be seen as "deliberately"
confusing if we didn't.)
