Exactly.  That's why even though the TERM we use for it is an intellectual static pattern,
DQ itself is not.  There aren't 2 DQs:  one an "an intellectual static pattern" & the other
dynamic & unpatterned.  DQ is only the latter.  (Of course, there are as many TERMS  for DQ
as there are languages.)
