Dan,
How can anyone have a intelligent philosophical discussion with anyone who 
insists that
if you disagree with them you are disagreeing with the MoQ?
answer is one can not.
You are correct in the statement you made that you are not a philosopher,
because you certainly are not. 
That sort of rhetorical style of debate is simply useless in pursuing.
It's like having a discussion with a evangelist because as soon they
claim you are not arguing with them you are arguing with God,
any intelligent discussion goes right out the window
and it has. 
It is truly sad that this kind of rhetorical tact passes for a legitimate 
discussion on a 

philosophy forum.
