Michael,

If you've watched the movie MindWalk, you might remember the politician, played by Sam Waterston, explaining the complexity of making governmental/legislative changes.  I try to keep this in mind, and try not to be too quick to make off-the-cuff evaluations.  Things are changing and I do not have the whole picture.  -  Unfortunately I am quite capable of forgetting my ignorance and climbing atop a soapbox.  It is difficult, sometimes, to remember that most of my static, conventional ideas are mere dust in the wind.
