So if you put an ape on the moon and it only weighs about 130lbs is it 
still an ape as apes weigh 800lbs

Ape is a human/English tag given to a particular class of a particular 
set of patterns of values.

Anything you care to name is similarly tagged.

Your use of logic is poor to say the least.
