Marsha, when you state that there are all types of meditation you are
pointing to an intellectual pattern that you are subscribing to.  You
are not speaking Quality, but pretend as if what you are saying is the
truth.  Surely if you subscribe to MoQ then you can see your error
here.  You do ask about preference, however, which is a quality
approach.  So I am confused.  Do you subscribe to MoQ or don't you.
If you do, then why are you stuck in creating truths about yourself?
This intellectual bent you are on seems to be selling the wrong
product.  "There are all types of meditation" is nonsense in a Quality
view.  Perhaps you should rethink your position away from Western
thought.
