More than curiosity. An attempt to connect with the man and his ideas
- to better understand "where he was coming from" in his writing, is
the way I've put it before, particularly as he has the habit of using
the journey and locations as metaphorical to his narrative.

Have to ask, is this a walk where the christ walked kinda connecting
to the mythos or mostly a curiosity of matching a rendering in a novel
with the actual place.

Pure curiosity, Ron/Ian,but my curiosity is an open end one,it never reaches
the end of the loop.
I want to sniff the air, the metaphysikal air.
(for Ian),i like to know if Pirsig was ever on the water of the Seine,
running thrue
Paris....there are some places there where artists gather, some barges on
the stream that are used as paintingexibitgallery's, and the canals here
connect up
to the Seine.
I only have his path up to Liege(Luik).
