oops!  again, even this is a starting in the middle!!  But this is where
I would suggest a dedication to 'love'.  In a provincial sense, it seems
certain neighbors might have to be 'left out': the test - as best I can
see at the moment - seems to be if you can do so while maintaining a
real dedication to loving that neighbor.
