Hi John,
Now you know I care about you, or at least you do now.  I don't think
your lifestyle is very healthy at present.  I would suggest you stop
running and go back and make amends.  I am sure you will be forgiven
and taken back in.  Stop putting on a brave face, and spending time in
other peoples bathrooms.
