Marsha -

> It's all analogy ...

Goethe would get it. "The ephemeral is but a reference to the eternal." A
friend of mine insists, insists it's the reverse, and attributes it to
Nietzsche. He's got something there, too. But I think it's the intersection
of the two. I asked a gf of mine if I was an extrovert or introvert.
"Neither," she said. "You’re an intervert. You like the meeting-points."
Bingo. Anyway, this lovely moment-space is eternal, though it leaves not so
many traces.

Want to know a guy who ate all those guys up for breakfast? Max Stirner. He
had more destructive firepower in his mild, introverted, spectacles wearing
self than those two German gentlemen above, combined:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Max_Stirner . And even he, at the bottom of his
Ego, found an exit point. He, the ultimate Westerner, turns Buddhist as he
approaches that final core. But don't tell too many people. Shh.

> But the basis of analogy is the mystical.

Root of "mystical:" An. Gr. "myein" - to shut the eyes. Peek a boo! Hide
and seek. Lila, meet my pal Maya. I'll sashay with them both.

> Sq is not other than DQ.

Ah. So happy to hear this. I try to stay away from too much specialist
conversation, about anything. I just hang out with the originals a lot. It
makes fertile. I went to a Unversity of Chicago offshoot for college - St
John's, in Annapolis. They even used McKeon's Aristotle! (Tangent: I've got
an unpublished photo of Ayn Rand reading McKeon's Aristotle.)

Why the "but"? And what about your being a woman?

Toward what end?

The other - ? What, exactly?

> I am curious to read her words.

Glorious words they are. She came from Montana, you know. Butte, 1902. And
she exploded out into the world.
