[MD] Straw Men and the Primacy of Trust

Hi, Michael R. Brown,

I think you've missed my tone and my particular perspective on the 
MD, but a lot of the self-correction on how to construe my remarks 
would be through knowledge of my implicit personality and explicit 
past writings on this subject and others (my personality being given 
through my writings).  That's, of course, not your fault at all, but I'm 
not sure in what way it would be beneficial to try and talk it out.

If you would like fuller thoughts on my analysis of the MD (which, I 
think, correct what I take to be significant misunderstandings of my 
point and intentions), try "Open Letter to New Participants of the MD"

Aside from that, it's hard for me to get around the irony implicit in 
you taking your tone in a conversation about how bad the tone of 
the MD is.
