Hi Mark;

I'm Joe,

In a mathematical sense I agree that exchange of information is through
definition.  For me the MOQ proposes evolution dq/sq.  The level of
evolution as a perception is undefined. I don't know if "perception" is a
proper way to identify an experience of the undefined, so I use it as DQ
perception, SQ conception.  The level of evolution is indefinable DQ not
definable SQ.  To put a metaphysical foundation to this usage I see
evolution as undefined levels in existence. I think in percepts DQ and
concepts SQ, and talk only in SQ concepts, as you say Static Quality.
