Discussion:

Can be implemented via certain global system(s) based on certain inputs. 
They could output certain numeric, graph or otherwise outputs, including 
BioEcologyQuality, of a person or a compound bioecosystem unit 
(consumption, waste, weighted and compound outputs, etc.) or of an 
organizational unit.

Rationale:

Qualitymeters for every persom and organization could be useful for 
Earth BioEcoSystem to survive the possible apocalypsis.

Public open Qualitymeters could also be useful.

Qualitymeters as monitors of global, personal, organizational 
metahealth, which is a multicompound notion.

Dilemma:

Either globalisation (with Quality), or apocalypsis.
