Wisdom, is a battle against the bewitchment of our intelligence by means of 
language, 

considering the context it was stated in, can mean that wisdom uses language as 
a means to battle
the bewitchment of our intelligence. Using reason and explanation to carve 
greater meaning
from experience.


But I think it is important to know what context Wittgenstein meant that phrase.
