[MD] Philosophy as Biography

Hi Steve
I think RMP's statement intention was that Biography has the same time factor in it as the evolution through the 4 levels. MOQ is viewing the biography of the evolution since Big Bong. The 4 levels is a basic scheme for understanding the evolution where human history and sociology and the evolution of the human ideas about this is just a small part of the whole.
