This most certainly is relativism:  

Conventional truth, or static quality (patterns), depend upon limitless causes and conditions (patterns), depend upon parts & the whole (patterns), and depend upon conceptual designation (patterns). And these patterns represent "what works" depending upon on an individual's static pattern of life history...
