Not really, consider, if all concepts are illusion any understanding is as such likewise.
All prefference, all value is an exercise of limit from the limitless. Thus all preference
is a distortion of the dynamic an illusion drawn from the limitless indefinable.
 
Experience is illusion. Therefore all wisdom is illusional.
 
Quality is illusion, every last bit.

In what sense does "In this case, conventional wisdom is wrong..."  translate into "all wisdom is illusion"?  Quite a leap
