[MD] "Could have acted differently" v. "the extent to which we perceive DQ"

The way free will relates to what we understand as DQ is in the "ability" to
act differently only in reflection is it "could have" as Dan rightly points out.
Now reflection certainly effects and gives power to the ability to act differently
and thats the whole point of Philosophy it is the pursuit of the Good in the now
of experience via reflection and this is how moral responsibilty translates into
following DQ.
